Susie joined Hampton Court House from Broomfield House School, Richmond where she spent an enjoyable 18 years as teacher and later Deputy Head Pastoral, before going on to serve as Head since 2019. Becoming Head of Prep at Hampton Court House, Susie is determined to promote and enhance the school’s child-centred educational experience, with bespoke approaches for every individual child. Whether in classroom settings, extra-curricular activities or charity work, she values the contribution of all aspects of school life in developing well-rounded and caring children. Susie’s personal philosophy is to encourage children to contribute fully to school life and use their voice to shape the future of our dynamic community.

Renowned as a lover of her two poodles, Boris and Basil, Susie enjoys nothing more than to potter along the river with the dogs and as many members of her family that she can persuade to join her.
