Lauren studied Sport and Exercise Science at Roehampton University. Following that, she completed her PGCE at UWE Bristol, specialising in PE with EBacc History. Prior to joining Hampton Court House, Lauren taught at a school in Surbiton.
Lauren holds a 3rd Dan Black belt in Taekwondo, and she was chosen to represent England in the 2014 Commonwealth Games, where they won a Silver Medal. Lauren also held a position on Team GBB team for five years before starting university. In addition to Taekwondo, Lauren also plays netball, competing at club, county, and regional levels.
Outside of herathletic pursuits, Lauren has a deep affection for dogs and relishes the opportunity to explore other countries.
