Eldon completed his BA at the University of Oxford, St Anne’s College, before completing his MA at Goldsmiths, University of London.
After his studies, he worked as a music agent and for several large mixed media arts organisations in development, marketing and education. He then decided to become a teacher and completed his PGCE at Canterbury Christchurch with TeachFirst.
He has had several roles in his teaching career, including KS3, KS4 and KS5 coordinator and Head of English.
He is currently studying for an MSc in Psychology of Education at the UCL Institute of Education.
