Andrew holds a degree in Philosophy from Sheffield University and an MSc in Cognitive Science from the University of Birmingham. He worked for Capgemini in the UK and UBS in Switzerland as a programmer, before moving into corporate linguistics and platform management in heavy industry.
On returning to the UK 20 years later, he completed his PGCE in Computer Science at the University of Southampton. He taught KS3, GCSE and A-Level Computer Science at Cranleigh School and St George’s College Weybridge before joining Hampton Court House as Head of Computer Science.
Andrew speaks Swiss-German and some French, is a qualified archery instructor and member of his local lawn bowls club. He is often seen out in all weathers walking his beloved bulldog Betty.
